Carlos Roberto De Rolt, PhD

Graduated in Computer Science from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (1983), he has a degree in Business Administration from the State University of Santa Catarina (1984), specialization in Public Administration from the State University of Santa Catarina (1986), master's degree in Production Engineering at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (1996) and Ph.D. in Production Engineering at the same university (1999). De Rolt worked as a systems analyst and support for large companies. Participated in the construction and development of a center of scientific research and technological development - CERTI where he assumed the positions of industrial and administrative superintendent, managing a business incubator. Undertook two technology-based companies, DIRECTA LTDA, where he developed software and hardware systems for control of manufacturing, quality control and distributed numerical control, and Bry SA - where he worked on developing platforms for cryptographic security of electronic document. In public administration, De Rolt was Secretary of Revenue in Florianópolis (2006) the Secretariat of Government (2009) and the Secretariat of Science, Technology and Sustainable Economic Development in Florianópolis (2012). It is an associate professor at the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC), coordinator of LabGES - Laboratory Management Technologies CCA-UDESC. In 2013, Carlos coordinated the development of a management model for cluster of innovation in the areas of nanotechnology in the technological park of Florianópolis. In 2014, he was a post doctorate at UNIBO - University of Bologna in a project that aims to study the organizational and information security issues in a virtual communities of WBAN e-health systems and mobile crowdsensing in participatory management of smart cities.

Julio da Silva Dias, Dr.

Dias obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering at Federal University of Santa Catarina (1988), a master's degree at Electrical Engineering  (1994) and Ph.D. degree at the same University (2004). Julio has experience in Computer Science, focusing on Computer Systems Architecture, as studing the following subjects: security, criptography, eletronic document and document workflow.

Francisco Tiago Garcia Peña

Francisco Peña is graduated in Business Administration from ESAG/UDESC, Project Management specialist from FGV. Pena is a master student in Business Administration at UDESC. He has project management experience and has been working with PMI and Scrum assumptions. As a project manager worked in several projects which stands out the IT and R&D projects. Worked at Instituto Stela where developed e-gov systems, new products and knowledge management projects. As a consultant at Gecons, developed fund-raising projects in several areas as culture, sports and technology. As project manager at PMF/ESAG agreement worked in PMO implantation at ESAG/UDESC. Academically develop researches in IT area for technological innovations offered by ubiquitous computing, cloud computing, big data and mobile devices.

Danilo Hasse, MSc

Danilo Hasse is a Professor of Management Information Systems at the undergraduate school of Business Administration at State University of Santa Catarina  (UDESC/ESAG). Hasse is CEO at Inventure Innovation a consulting firm on investments in the technology sector

Claudia Regina Grandi, MsC

Claudia Grandi graduated in Business Administration at ESAG/UDESC, and Master in Administration at the same university. In addition, she is a manager consultant on health and services segments at ADM SA. Grandi’s research area involves the study of law and technology on e-health in the project named “Privacy Requirements in telemedicine systems with remote monitoring (WBAN)”. Furthermore, Grandi studies the issue of privacy information at the ParticipACT Brazil, which is a project approved by Capes.

 

 

 

 

Clerilei Aparecida Bier, PhD

Clerilei Aparecida Bier obtained a degree in Law at the Federal University of Parana (1983), a Ph.D. degree in Law at the Complutense University of Madrid (1990) and did a Post Doctorate at the Faculty of Business - University of Technology, Sydney (2007). She is currently a full professor of Management Science Center and Socio-Economic - ESAG State University of Santa Catarina - UDESC. Bier studies Business Administration, Law and Political Science, with an emphasis on the study of labor relations, Unionism and Collective Relations Work, International Relations, the Third Sector Organizations Strategic Management, Social Responsibility, Emancipatory Practices and Citizenship, Power Relations and Society.

Leandro Costa Schmitz, Dr.

Schmitz graduated in Computer Science at Federal University of Santa Catarina (2000) and also graduated in Business at State University of Santa Catarina (2001). Post graduated in Entrepreneurship at Independent University of Lisbon. Leandro has a master degree in Management at State University of Santa Catarina (2006). Eliza Helena Areias Gomes, MsC

Eliza Gomes is a PhD student of the Graduate Program of Computer Science (PGCC) in the Department of Informatics and Statistics (INE), Technology Centre (CTC), Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Brazil. Currently, Eliza Gomes is working in the Research Laboratory of Distributed Systems (LaPeSD) supervised by Prof. Mario Dantas and Management Technologies Laboratory in State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC) on ParticipACT Brazil project. Eliza's interesting researches areas are: Distributed Systems, Operating Systems and Computer Network. 

 

 

 

Carlos Augusto Alperstedt

Graduated in Economics at Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), specialization in Finance at the same university year later, now coursing master degree in Business Administration at the State University of Santa Catarina UDESC/ESAG. Has experience in economics, with emphasis on securities market and special operations with stocks and commodities, factoring and business management. He is passionate about technology and  mediation with social sciences. His current research interests include technological innovation, statistics, corporate business and financial engineering. He is currently developing a project in LabGES with the University of Bologna by connecting technology to the issue of accessibility in cities, involving big data and crowdsensing within the concept of smart cities.

 

 

 

Fernanda Konradt de Campos, MsC

Fernanda is a Ph.D. student in Business Administration at State University of Santa Catarina. She is graduated and has a master degree at the same institution. Currently, Fernanda is a researcher at CERTI Foundation, where she coordinates a program to foster innovative entrepreneurship, "Sinapse da Inovação", in Santa Catarina and Amazonas. She has experience in Administration, with emphasis on Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Planning of Technological Parks, Project Management and Marketing.

Rafael Tezza, Dr

Professor and researcher of the business administration department (ESAG / UDESC), in the Post-Graduate Program in Administration (ESAG / UDESC) and the Graduate Program in Methods and Management in Evaluation (INE / UFSC). He holds a degree in electrical engineering (UFSC-2006), a master's degree (2009) and a doctorate (2012) in production engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina. Has practical experience in the field of ceramic technology (research and development) and in the textile area (process engineering). Research and publication in indicators and statistics in educational management and analytical research, technological instruments, product research, trade in measurement instruments and educational management.

 

 

 

Denilson Sell, Dr

Graduate in computer science at the Universidade do Vale do Itajaí (1997), master's at Production Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (2001) and ph.d. at Production Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (2006). He is lecturer at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and at the Unviersidade do Estado de Santa Catarina and is Business Development Director and Researcher at the Instituto Stela. Has experience in Computer Science, focusing on Information Systems, acting on the following subjects: data warehouse, business intelligence, ontologies, semantic web, e-government and information system planning.

 

 

 

Marcelo Buosi, Mestrando

Student at Master's degree in Business Administration, ESAG / UDESC, in the research line Information technologies applied to organizations, with dissertation research in the area of urban mobility. He holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV, in Joinville, in 2012. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP, in 2005. He holds a degree in Industrial Informatics, in the Federal IFSP Institute, in Cubatão / SP, In 2000. Member of the Research Group LabGES - Laboratory of Management Technologies of the ESAG / UDESC.
